Demolition is set to begin next week at 3033 Wilson Boulevard in Clarendon, marking the start of a transformative redevelopment project that will bring 315 new residential units to one of Northern Virginia’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Bohler DC is providing site civil engineering design and permit expediting services for the project, supporting developer Carr Properties and its joint venture partner, Northwestern Mutual. The existing 40-year-old office building will be replaced with an eight-story multifamily community designed to meet the area’s growing demand for high-quality housing.
The development will feature approximately 6,000 SF of ground-floor retail and a robust amenity package, including a fitness center, coworking lounge, courtyard with community garden, rooftop pool deck, clubroom, and wellness-focused spaces. The project also includes affordable housing units and will incorporate an existing underground parking structure.
Bohler DC’s integrated approach to site design and permitting is helping to streamline the redevelopment process, ensuring efficient coordination and timely progress as the project moves from demolition through construction.
