General contractor Clark Construction Group has broken ground on Phase One of The Stacks and is expected to deliver in 2025. Located in the Capitol Riverfront’s Buzzard Point neighborhood, The Stacks will include three residential towers with approximately 1,100 apartment units and 35,000 SF of retail. More than 10% of the units are dedicated to affordable housing. When complete, the community will feature a pedestrian-only path linking residents directly to the newly completed Audi Field and multiple outdoor plazas and parks.
Bohler DC provided full site civil engineering design services including roadway improvement design, sustainable stormwater management plans, and utility upgrades and integration plans. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
