Two Bohler DC Projects Recognized by Washington Business Journal

Two Bohler DC projects have recently been recognized by the Washington Business Journal as some of the Best Real Estate Deals. The winners are changing the development landscape throughout DC and northern Virginia.

Waycroft Apartments (750 N. Glebe)

Developed by Saul Centers, Waycroft Apartments is a Class A mixed-use project including 491 luxury apartments and 60,000 SF of retail. Bohler's team navigated Arlington, Virginia's rezoning process to allow the building to have multiple heights ranging from four to twelve stories.

The project was awarded Best Multifamily Development.

Adjacent to the newly renovated Thaddeus Stevens School, Akridge developed a new 10-story, 190,000-SF office building. Assisting with the redevelopment and expansion of the historic school, Bohler's team coordinated with DC Public Schools (DCPS) and the Department of General Services (DGS) to pave the way for this new facility.

The project was given the award for Best New Development.
