Bohler DC is supporting Crescent Communities and Rockefeller Group on the development of NOVEL Arlington, a 530-unit multifamily and for-rent townhome community along South Glebe Road. Bohler DC is providing site civil engineering design and permitting services for the 5.51-acre site, helping enable the creation of a thoughtfully designed, wellness-focused community in the heart of Arlington County.
NOVEL Arlington will feature 493 multifamily residences and 37 townhomes, with a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, including market-rate and affordable units. The community will offer over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities — ranging from a rooftop pool and fitness center to coworking spaces, landscaped courtyards, and a public-private park — designed to foster connection, wellness, and active living.
Strategically located near the Pentagon, downtown D.C., and regional trails, the project reflects a shared commitment to high-quality, sustainable, amenity-rich residential development, with plans to pursue LEED Gold certification. NOVEL Arlington is expected to deliver in early 2028.
