SHEILA NALE, PE

Associate, Branch Manager

Sheila is responsible for client and project management in the District and Arlington, Virginia. Bringing more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering, leadership, and management, she has overseen multiple complex developments including The Tellus, 750 N. Glebe Road, and Dock 79. 


Sheila is active in local industry organizations including DCBIA, WDCEP, ULI Young Leaders Group, NAIOP, and NVBIA. She has a strong passion for sharing her expertise with the next generation of engineers; previously serving as a volunteer mentor for the NAIOP DC/MD Capital Challenge and ULI UrbanPlan Program. Sheila is licensed in the District of Columbia.

MICHAEL O'HARA, Jr., PE, LEED AP BD+C

Principal

 

Mike has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering design with a focus on urban redevelopment in the District and Arlington, Virginia. Throughout his career at Bohler, Mike has helped to cultivate opportunities and has overseen a variety of project types including design-build, residential, commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, park / recreational, and mixed-use products. As Principal of Bohler DC, Mike is responsible for daily operations and serves as a point of contact for our professional land surveying services. These services include but are not limited to Boundary, Topographical, Utility, Location, ALTA, and As-Built Surveys.

 

Mike is an active member of numerous industry organizations including DCBIA, ULI, WDCEP, ICSC, and Lambda Alpha International. He serves as a member of ULI Washington's Advisory Board and Housing Local Product Council, as well as NAIOP’s Arlington Government Relations Subcommittee and Green Buildings Incentives Team. Mike is LEED AP BD+C certified and licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia.

DANIEL DUKE, PE

Principal

 

Dan is the Principal of the Bohler DC office and is responsible for leadership, staff development, business development and project management. With over 20 years of land development and civil engineering experience, Dan is an expert in site feasibility analyses, site layout and planning, and zoning and subdivision / land development ordinance review interpretation. He has offered expert testimony in several municipalities before Planning Commissions, Zoning Hearing Boards and related entities in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

 

Dan is the urban design leader in the Mid-Atlantic region, specializing in large-scale, mixed-use developments in Washington, DC metro area. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both DCBIA and WDCEP.
