With over nine years of experience in D.C. land development, Sara brings expertise and strong problem-solving skills to every project. She takes the time to understand our clients' business goals to help them achieve both their development and financial objectives, delivering consistent value throughout the entire process. Her technical experience spans multiple market sectors and includes site evaluation and due diligence, grading, utility design, stormwater management, and permit facilitation.

Sara is actively involved in Bohler DC's Women in Engineering program and has built strong relationships with jurisdictional agencies. She is an engaged member of key industry organizations such as DCBIA and ULI. Additionally, Sara is LEED AP BD+C certified and holds a professional license in the District of Columbia.

MICHAEL O'HARA, Jr., PE, LEED AP BD+C

Principal

 

Mike has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering design with a focus on urban redevelopment in the District and Arlington, Virginia. Throughout his career at Bohler, Mike has helped to cultivate opportunities and has overseen a variety of project types including design-build, residential, commercial, healthcare, higher education, industrial, park / recreational, and mixed-use products. As Principal of Bohler DC, Mike is responsible for daily operations and serves as a point of contact for our professional land surveying services. These services include but are not limited to Boundary, Topographical, Utility, Location, ALTA, and As-Built Surveys.

 

Mike is an active member of numerous industry organizations including DCBIA, ULI, WDCEP, ICSC, and Lambda Alpha International. He serves as a member of ULI Washington's Advisory Board and Housing Local Product Council, as well as NAIOP’s Arlington Government Relations Subcommittee and Green Buildings Incentives Team. Mike is LEED AP BD+C certified and licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
